Do you supply the materials, or only install them?
Both. We handle sourcing and procurement of cladding panels, glass, and anchor hardware, then install everything with our own team, so you deal with one contractor from quote to handover.
Can you replace glass or cladding without scaffolding?
In most cases, yes. Our IRATA-trained rope access team can reach upper floors and curtain wall sections without a full scaffold erection, which usually means faster turnaround and less disruption to the building.
Is PE certification required for all anchor point installations?
It’s required wherever the anchor point will be used for structural fall-protection work, such as rope access maintenance or window cleaning. We issue a PE-stamped report with every anchor installation so it’s ready for BCA or MCST submission.
How long does a typical supply & installation project take?
Replacing a single window glass or cladding panel can often be completed within a day. Larger scopes, full facade re-cladding or a multi-point anchor system, are scheduled after the site survey, with timelines confirmed in your quote.
